The complex was constructed in 2003 and first occupied in 2004. It comprises 39 purpose built student accommodation apartments (105 beds) contained within two separate buildings together with carparking and landscaping.
The apartments are a mix of 2 and 3 bedrooms and are fully furnished and air conditioned, some with balconies. Furniture includes a microwave oven, hot plates, range hood, fridge/freezer, separate internet and telephone lines, study desks and office chairs, reverse cycle air conditioning, sofa, coffee table, wardrobes and bedside cupboards. You need to bring your linen, blankets and pillows. There are two coin operated laundry areas in the complex.
Extra charges apply for electricity, telephone connection & use and internet access. Private carparking (33 spaces) with security gate access is available on site.
