Managed by Colliers International Student Services, the environment will foster a strong student community spirit with excellent facilities, including the availability of on-site car parking and a high level security including monitored CCTV camera system for all building entry and exit points.
Campus 15 Caulfield also provides a live-in residential manager and supervisor to manage the facility and assist with students needs. Students will appreciate the privacy and peace of mind security.

Campus 15 has been developed in a quadrangle plan set around an attractive landscaped court yard including a barbeque facility with a large adjacent recreational room accessible as an indoor/outdoor resident area.

The student apartments are secure, private and several of the ground floor apartments open onto landscaped courtyards.
